Transform yourself mind, body and soul.  Come enjoy a full day with us.  Your day starts with a Greek Cooking Class, Hors d’oeuvres, Greek Wine Tasting and then for your entertainment a movie of Greece w/ beautiful footage, history and Greek music (on wide screen TV) followed by a classic Greek Dinner.

MENU FOR THE DAY

Hors d’oeuvres:  Home-made tzatziki, roasted red peppers w/ garlic,
& feta & dill dip. 

Main Course:  BBQ’d pork tri tip marinated in Dana’s Greek marinade served on pita bread w/ home made tzatziki accompanied by  Saffron rice w/ peas and Greek salad w/ Dana’s Greek Island Dressing.

Dessert:  Baklava
